Health Awareness – Chief Minister’s Dialogue

Samarth Educational Trust's Sawkar Homoeopathic Medical College, Satara

Samarth Educational Trust's Sawkar Homoeopathic Medical College, Satara, organized a special health dialogue session under “जागर आरोग्याचा – मुख्यमंत्री संवाद” from 12 October 2026.

• A total of 100 first-year BHMS students, along with faculty members, attended the session to receive guidance on mental health, de-addiction, and healthy lifestyles.
• Expert speakers provided counseling to students on managing exam stress and depression, followed by the "My Health, My Responsibility" health and de-addiction pledge.
• A subsequent session was conducted on 19 October 2026 at Samarth Educational Trust's various colleges in Panmalewadi, Satara, including:
  • Arvind Gavali College of Engineering
  • Arvind Gavali College of Polytechnic
  • Sawkar Ayurved Medical College
  • Sawkar Science College
• During these programs, experts guided students on suicide prevention under the theme "Life is Precious" and healthy lifestyles through interactive sessions.
• The events concluded with suicide prevention and mental health awareness poster exhibitions, along with student feedback collected through Google Forms.
